Where are you located?

We are located at 1539 West St. Paul Avenue, Milwaukee WI 53233 and operate within BrewCity Crossfit.

I’m new to weightlifting. How do I start?

Whether you’re a crossfitter looking to improve their lifting or brand new to sport, drop in for one of our fundamentals of weightlifting classes (first visit is on us). Our experienced coaches will work with you to ensure you’re exposed to all the elements in a weightlifting program at an easy to digest pace and help them develop a strong foundation of technique. We have a Thursday class at 5pm and Sunday classes at 9am and 10am. Come ready for a workout - gym clothes, weightlifting shoes if you have them, workout clothes, water bottle, etc. Click here to learn more.

Where can I learn about membership options?

We have many membership options available through our partner, BrewCity CrossFit. Check out their membership page for current rates.

Do you offer remote programming?

Yes. Shane Perkins, our remote coach, programs for multiple remote athletes. Drop us an email and we’ll get you connected with him.

DROP-INS

What is your drop-in rate?

$20 per drop-in.

When can I drop in?

You can drop at any time during our gym operating hours.

Where do I park?

On St. Paul Avenue outside of the gym or on the eastern side of the Third Space Brewing parking lot.

What do I do when I get there?

Head to the front desk and let the coach there know that you’re dropping in for olympic weightlifting. You’ll sign our liability waiver, pay the drop-in fee and they will show you over to the weightlifting area. If you’re planning to drop in multiple days in week let the coach at the desk know.

Can I buy a t-shirt while I’m there?

For ease of inventory management we do not keep a lot of our merchandise at the gym. If you would like to buy a t-shirt but we don’t have your size at the gym please reach out to us via email. We’ll provide a free shipping code for next online order.



GEAR SHOP

What is your return policy?

You can return your unused, unwashed item within 7 days of receiving it. Drop us an email and we’ll work with you to make the process smooth.

I just ordered some gear from the shop. When will it ship?

We’ll get your package in the mail within 3 business days of your order.

What carrier do you use?

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the majority of shipments. This helps us keep our prices low. Depending on the weight of the package it will generally be shipped First Class or Priority.

My size is sold out. Will you stock it?

Maybe! It depends on the item in question. If we are expecting a restock we will add the expected arrival into the product description. We are always working to drop fresh new merchandise and sometimes that means sunsetting older products.

I got my mug in the mail and it’s broken. What should I do?

We try our best to pack our mugs up tight but sometimes shipping fragile items doesn’t go as planned - drop us an email and we’ll make it right. Please include a photo of the broken mug in the packaging in your email.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes we do! Select “International” during the checkout process. Our preferred shipping method for International is UPS Expedited. This is the least expensive option that allows for fully trackable shipping from drop off to delivery. It is also insured up to $100. Ordering more than just a single item? Drop us an email and let us know what you’re planning to grab. We will discount the cost of shipping on larger international orders.
