After a successful meet and a deload and conditioning week, its time to get back to work. The MB Spring/Summer programming cycle will run through mid-August, just in time for senior Nationals. So many meets on the calendar to look forward to!

1) Snatch, no hook no feet -- 4x3 @ 50-60%
2) Snatch -- 4x2 @ 70-80%
3) Back Squat -- 3x6 @ 72-77%, 2x8 @ -10/15kg
4) L-Sit -- 4xME
