Week 2 Day 3 of our 8 week prep cycle leading up to the Wisconsin LWC Championships.
1) Power Clean + Push Press (1+5) -- 4 sets @ 75+% of 1RM Push Press (Or 80ish % of Jerk, whichever is higher).
2) Paused Front Squat (3 sec.) -- 6x2 @ 70-80%
3) Press from the Split (Opposite jerk stance) -- 3x10-12, light but slightly heavier than last week.
4) Weighted Plank Holds (ex. Tabata, Max Effort, Intervals, etc.) -- Stop just before you break in half at the midline!
