Week 1, day 2 of our 8 week preparation for the Wisconsin LWC Championships:
1) Snatch -- 6-8x3 @ 65-75%
2) Snatch Pull -- 5x3 @ 85-95%
3a) Hip Extensions -- 4x10-15
3b) Plank Hold 4x1 minute holds (Front, Side, Side, Front)
*Add weight to 3a/3b if unweighted is way too easy.
