Monday- Friday: 5:30PM | Saturday 10:00AM
Sunday Fundamentals of Weightlifting Class 9:00AM & 10:00AM
Note: At the times listed above, an experienced coach is present to guide you through the day's training. Members and drop-ins enjoy unlimited open gym access Monday-Thursday 5:30am - 8:30pm | Friday 5:30am - 7:30pm | Saturday & Sunday 9am - 12pm in addition to the above hours.
